If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.



You have 15 calendar days to return at item from the date you received it.

A 50% restocking fee is charged on all returns for the custom made-to-order items that are not a direct result of our error.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund after inspection.

Once the item is deemed in good condition a refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.



Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Both the original and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Our liability does not cover lost or stolen packages that have been mailed back to us under warranty or return.
